|Description:||Position summary: A Simply Mac Lead Consultant is required to diligently execute the sales program and is a member of the stores leadership team. The position emphasizes skills in the areas of leadership, teamwork, customer service and sales in a fast pace retail environment. The Lead Consultant position is a critical role in the company, and requires a well-rounded and determined individual that will take part in the growth of the company. |
Core objective: The Lead Consultants are often the first impression that customers have of Simply Mac; as a result, it is paramount that the Lead Consultant be an example to team members at all times by executing the sales process and act on the principles taught by Simply Macs shared values.
|Duties:||Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:|

Mentor employees in leadership and sales skills through the companys sales programs.
Lead team members to effectively fulfill Simply Macs shared values through personal one-on-ones.

Assist store manager in preparing weekly team meetings which address leadership, sales, and operational training.
Be a positive example to team members of the sale process, including being above standard on personal sales.
Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
Monitor inventory and shrinkage.
Review all inventory shipments and transfers
Be an example of completing routines.

Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English including the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to team members
Expert ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals
Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities
Possess expert analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Proficient ability to model consistently Simply Macs commitment to a respectful, diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment

Apple & Mac experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience.
Aptitude to learn new products and services in a timely manner.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
At least one year of successful organizational experience required
High school diploma or GED required; 1 or more years of accredited college study preferred
